1. Orders, Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the platform are in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP) and are inclusive of standard applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, or inventory variances at any time before order fulfillment.

An order confirmation screen or automated email constitutes acknowledgment that your reservation has been queued, not a final contract of sale. Order fulfillment is confirmed upon dispatch from our facility.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenience to consumers across the Philippines, as well as electronic payment via Dragonpay and PayPal.

• COD Responsibility: Customers selecting COD must ensure that the exact payment amount is ready and that an authorized representative is present at the delivery address during courier arrival.
• Repeated Refusals: Unwarranted refusal of confirmed COD deliveries causes significant logistical cost and will result in the suspension of COD privileges for the associated phone number and address.

3. Shipping, Fulfillment & Inspection

Orders are packaged in cleanroom conditions with tamper-evident security seals. Standard delivery timelines:

• Metro Manila & Greater Luzon: 2 to 4 business days.
• Visayas & Mindanao: 4 to 7 business days.

Please inspect the outer packaging and tamper-evident seal upon courier handover. If the parcel appears damaged, wet, or unsealed, notify the courier and document the parcel before opening.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Quality Guarantee

Due to sanitary and clinical safety standards, dietary supplements and topical formulations can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Notification Window: Discrepancies or defective items must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery receipt.
• Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging with unbroken tamper seals, accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Replacement: Approved claims are eligible for an immediate priority replacement at no additional shipping cost.

5. Professional Solutions & Practitioner Protocols

Certain advanced formulations, including Exosome solutions (such as ExoPrime 5B and ExoUltima 50B), are designed specifically for licensed healthcare practitioners and aesthetic clinics. Access to clinic wholesale tiers requires verification of active professional accreditation.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

The BIOCORE name, logo, packaging designs, proprietary formulation names, research documentation, and website graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of BIOCORE Wellness Philippines. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale under false pretenses, or scraping of content is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any controversy or claim arising from these Terms shall be resolved amicably, or submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
